1918 - 1930 | Manufacture of freight cars, coaches, trams, locomotives. |
1932 | Transformation to Bohemia Wagon & Engineering Works, Ltd.( Bohemia Vozovka a strojírna, s. r. o.); joint division of Ringhoffer Tatra company. |
1931 - 1945 | Manufacture of rail cars, production of food-processing and construction machinery. |
1946 | Company was nationalized. |
1950 | Company renamed to Wagon Works Tatra Ceska Lipa, national company (Vagónka Tatra Česká Lípa, n. p.). |
1960 - 1990 | Manufacture of freight and special railway cars; worldwide exports. |
1994 | Transformation into state-owned Wagon Works Ceska Lipa, Inc. |
1996 | Deutsche Waggonbau AG acquires majority interest. |
1997 - 1998 | Restructuring of the company and investment program implementation. |
1998 | Acquisition by Bombardier Transportation. |
2003 | New name: Bombardier Transportation Czech Republic a. s. |
2008 | Incorporation into the Passengers division. |
