Trainee Program

The program aims to develop the potential of graduates to be able to independently assume the duties and responsibilities at Bombardier Transportation in the Czech Republic.

We expect ... that you

Become familiar with our business operations and modes of co-operation with other positions within the company;
Understand and incorporate internal company processes;
Assume responsibility for individual tasks and projects resulting from company needs;
Gain insight into the production technology of Bombardier Transportation in the Czech Republic;
Put forward proposals to improve existing practices and processes.
