Courses end with theory exams and practical tests. Successful participants are licenced and obtain qualification attestation, possibly a certificate, and a welder´s licence, if they do not have one already, valid for two years. It is necessary for the participant to have a confirmation of their six-month working experience corresponding to the scope of the test.
The standard recommended course duration can be adapted to customer requirements, but always with respect to individual abilities of the welder and with respect to the welding method.
If requested, the test of welding of pipes can be evaluated also in terms of the PED 97/23/EC guideline concerning the pressure equipment.
